lol.. Driver so drunk that Breathalyzer couldn't properly measure blood-alcohol level

A driver who crashed his car in Iowa was so drunk that a Breathalyzer couldn't measure his blood-alcohol level, police claim.
Levi. B Carter, 28, was allegedly speeding at 55 mph in a 25 mph zone early Friday morning when he ran off the road and slammed into a street sign.
