R.I.P. Bonnie & Jeffrey Disick
After losing his beloved mother, Bonnie Disick, in
November, Scott had to say his final goodbyes to another parent, his
father who unexpectedly died on Jan. 4 at age 63. Scott may be an only
child, but thankfully he didn’t have to face this difficult day on his
own. His loving girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian, offered him a shoulder to cry on as he laid his father to rest near the Long Island town where the reality TV star grew up.
Dressed in a black coat and wearing sunglasses, the father of two
looked understandably sad as he sat next to Kourtney. The Keeping Up
With The Kardashian star was dressed warmly in a big, black coat and she
hid her eyes in large pair of sunglasses. Kourtney who lost her dad
Robert in 2003, at the age of 58 understands greatly how it feels to
loose someone. Kris, who talked about her late ex-husband on The View
Friday, stood out in white rimmed sunglasses. She too was wearing a coat
and seemed to have her neck covered in a scarf.
Scott was raised in Eastport, Long Island but when he started dating
Kourtney he moved to Los Angeles. It was previously claimed the Disicks
were uncomfortable with the Kardashian’s fame and preferred not to
appear on their reality TV shows.
Scott was so distraught over his
father’s death that Kourtney had to step up to plan the simple service.
According to HollywoodLife.com’s sources, “Scott is devastated but Kourtney is keeping him strong, she’s the one mainly handling everything,” . “Without
Kourtney, I don’t know what Scott would do. She is helping plan the
funeral, she’s really doing it all. She knows what he’s going through
because she lost her dad, so she can relate to Scott better than anyone
right now.”
